Litton Insurance Beginnings

In 2008, Earl and Melinda founded Litton Insurance Services LLC as independent insurance brokers specializing in health and life insurance products and related supplemental employee benefits. As a father-daughter team, our mission is to offer creative health insurance solutions to individuals and families, the self-employed, and small business owners. In addition, we advise seniors as to their options under Medicare products.

Meet Earl

Earl Litton is a seasoned professional with over 45 years of sales and service experience in the insurance industry. He attended Eastern Kentucky University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business. He pursued additional work at Purdue University where he earned a Certified Health Consultant (CHC) certification. His career path includes employment with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Southeastern United Medigroup, Acordia/Rauh, and Arison Insurance Services.

Melinda Litton is a licensed health and life insurance agent with 20-plus years working in the insurance industry. She attended Mount Saint Joseph University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business management. Her career path includes 10 years of employment at Great American Insurance Company working in various roles that include Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Relationship manager, and Accounting Customer Service Representative.
